Mani Lab: Crafting a Story-Driven Brand Narrative

This project was our final StoryBrand project, where we developed a compelling brand narrative for Mani Lab, a fictional AI-powered airport manicure salon. Rather than simply creating a brand, our focus was on building a strategic story that positioned Mani Lab as the ultimate self-care solution for busy travelers.

Using the StoryBrand framework, we crafted a messaging strategy that put the customer at the center of the narrative, addressing key pain points such as hectic travel schedules, lack of time for self-care, and the inconvenience of traditional salon appointments. Mani Lab’s AI-powered manicure technology became the guide, offering a 10-minute, salon-quality experience to help travelers board their flights feeling polished and confident.

To bring this story to life, we developed a website wireframe, lead generator, email marketing campaign, and social media strategy—all rooted in the brand’s story. Each element reinforced Mani Lab’s positioning as an effortless, reliable, and innovative beauty solution that transforms the way people think about airport self-care.

This project highlights the power of strategic brand storytelling, demonstrating how a well-crafted narrative can shape consumer perception, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement.
